Transfer chicken to a platter lined with paper towels to drain. Reduce the heat to medium and saute prosciutto slices for about 1 minute. Add mushrooms and saute until they are soft and brown about 5 minutes. Pour in Marsala and let it cook for just a few seconds, and stir in the chicken stock and simmer until the sauce has reduced by 1/4. Return the chicken to the pan, and stir in the butter, allow the butter to completly melt, and baste the chicken in the sauce. Garnish with the parsley.
