If you have never had baked eggs fresh from the oven, this recipe will be a treat for you! It features a delicious mixture of sautéed mushrooms, fresh herbs, and spinach, layered in individual ramekins. Crack an egg on top, add cream and a touch of Parmesan cheese and bake until golden brown. This is one of my favorite brunch ideas.
