Place each loaf (seam side down) on prepared sheet pan. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Use a sharp knife to make four shallow slashes across top of each loaf. Bake until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and place loaves on wire racks to cool.
