      • 1 Pound Elbow Macaroni 
      • 2 Cups Heavy Cream
      • 2 Cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
      • 1/4 Pound Cream Cheese
      • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
      • 1 Cup Gruyere Cheese
      • 1 Tablespoon Extra-Virgin  Olive Oil
      • 1  Shallot (Minced)
      • 2 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
      • 1 Pound Lobster Meat (Chopped)
      • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper
      • 1/2 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large pot, bring water to boil, add noodles and cook for 8 - 10 minutes or until al dente. In a double boiler, combine cheddar cheese, 4 ounces parmesan cheese, cream cheese and Gruyere cheeses. Heat the cheese mixture until well blended.
  3. Meanwhile, in a large pan, heat olive oil and then sauté shallots and garlic. Add lobster meat and cook until opaque about 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Drain pasta and add it to the lobster mixture. Add cheese sauce, salt and pepper and combine well.
  5. Place the macaroni in a casserole dish, sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese and top with breadcrumbs. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until breadcrumbs are golden brown.
