      • 1/4 Cup White Balsamic Vinegar
      • 1 Teaspoon Honey
      • 2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
      • 1/2 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
      • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper
      • 1/2 Pound Baby Arugula
      • 2 Medium Asian Pears (Cored & Thinly Sliced)
      • 3/4 Cup Soft Blue Cheese (Crumbled)
      • 1/2 Cup Toasted Walnuts


  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, combine vinegar, honey, and mustard. Slowly, add olive oil while beating continuously until well combined. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.
  2. Divide arugula, pear, walnuts and blue cheese evenly onto 4 serving plates. Drizzle with warm vinaigrette and serve immediately.
