Ingredients

      • 4 Cups Chickpeas (Rinsed & Drained)
      • 2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
      • 1/2 Cup Tahini
      • 1 Large Lemon (Zested & Juiced)
      • 1/4 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
      • 1 Teaspoon Sweet Paprika
      • 1/4 Teaspoon Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
      • 2 Tablespoons Water

Directions

  1. In the bowl of a food processor, combine the chickpeas, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, oil and about 2 tablespoons of water and pulse until a thick paste is formed.
  2. Transfer hummus to a bowl and sprinkle with parsley and paprika before serving.
