      • 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
      • 1/2 Yellow Onion (Chopped)
      • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
      • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
      • 1 Clove Garlic (Minced)
      • 1 Teaspoon White Sugar
      • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
      • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
      • 1 Pound Beef Top Sirloin (Sliced Thinly)
      • 1 Carrot (Peeled & Julienned)
      • 1 Green Onion (Chopped)


  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, add beef, carrots, onions, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, salt, black pepper, and sesame seeds, seal the bag and shake to coat well. Refrigerate for at least 2 1/2 hours or overnight.
  2. Preheat a grill pan over high heat. Lightly grease the grill pan. Remove beef mixture from marinade and discard excess.
  3. Grill the steak for 10-15 minutes for a perfect medium-well.
  4. Serve with white rice and garnish with diced spring onions.
