In the last minute of cooking, cover each patty with a cheese slice and allow the cheese to slightly melt. Set aside. In a small skillet, heat another teaspoon of oil over medium-high heat and fry the 3 remaining eggs for about 1 minute on each side. Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine the Sirarcha and ketchup. To assemble the sandwich, spread ketchup mixture on a ramen bun, top with arugula, followed by a burger patty and top with a fried egg and the final ramen bun.
