Ingredients

      • 1/2 Pound Shaved Smoked Salmon
      • 6 Large Eggs (Beaten)
      • 1 Tablespoon Heavy Cream
      • 1 Tablespoon Butter
      • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper
      • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Dill
      • 4 Slices Of Melba Toast

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Saute the beaten eggs in the melted butter until just set. Season with the salt & pepper.
  3. Serve a healthy dollop of scrambeled eggs on each toast point, and top with smoked salmon. Garnish with a sprinkle of dill.
