      • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
      • 1/2 Cup Cream Cheese (Softened)
      • 1/4 Cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes Packed In Oil (Finely Chopped)
      • 2 Large Lavash Bread (10 X 12 Inches)
      • 3 Large Plum Tomatoes (Seeded & Diced)
      • 1/4 Medium Head Of Romaine Lettuce (Shredded)

  1. In a small cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat, fry bacon until brown and crisp, about 5 to 8 minutes. Transfer bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
  2. In a small bowl, add mayonnaise, cream cheese & sun-dried tomatoes. Mix well to combine. Chop bacon coarsely and add to the mayo mixture. Mix until bacon is incorporated.
  3. On a flat work surface, arrange the lavash. Divide the mayo mixture evenly between the four lavash and spread it thinly. Layer 1/2 cup of tomatoes and 1/2 cup of lettuce evenly on each lavash. Roll lavash tightly and wrap in plastic. Refrigerate until firm, at least 1 hour.
  4. With a serrated knife, cut lavash in fourths diagonally.
