      • 1 Medium Red Bell Pepper (Sliced)
      • 1 Medium Yellow Bell Pepper (Sliced)
      • 1 Medium Orange Bell Pepper (Sliced)
      • 1 Cup Jarred Roasted Red Peppers (Drained)
      • 1/4 Cup Marinated Mushrooms
      • 1/4 Cup Marinated Artichoke Hearts
      • 1/4 Cup Black Olives
      • 1/4 Cup Green Olives
      • 2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
      • 1 Cup Mozzerrala Cheese (Shredded)
      • 2 Tablespoons Capers
      • 1/4 Cup Freshly Parsley (Chopped)

Directions

  1. In a large serving bowl, combine all ingredients and a dressing of your choice. Toss to combine.
