      • 1 Pound Ground Chuck
      • 1 Teaspoon Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper
      • 1 Small Onion (Diced)
      • 2 Teaspoon South American-Style Beef Seasoning (Associated Recipe)
      • 1/4 Cup Quick Pickled Red Onions


  1. In a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat, add meat and onions and cook until onions for 3-4 minutes or until transparent & fragrant. Break the meat up into small pieces while cooking.
  2. Add spice mix to the meat and stir until blended. Continue to cook for 3-5 minutes or until meat is completely browned. Transfer meat to a colander lined with paper towels to drain.
