      • 1 Pound Chicken Cutlets
      • 1/4 Cup Flour
      • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
      • 1 Cup Chicken Broth
      • 1 Garlic Clove (Minced)
      • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
      • 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Zest (Grated)
      • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
      • 2 Tablespoons Capers (Drained)
      • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper


  1. Season chicken cutlets with salt and pepper and dredge into flour evenly.
  2. In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and cook chicken cutlets for about 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate and keep aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and broth and bring to a boil. Cook till mixture reduces to half. Add capers, parsley, lemon zest and lemon juice and simmer for about 30 seconds. Place sauce over chicken cutlets and serve.
