      • 8 Rye Bread Slices
      • 1 Pound Pastrami (Sliced)
      • 4 Swiss Cheese Slices
      • 2 Tablespoons Yellow Mustard
      • 4 Medium Dill Pickle Spears


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Arrange 4 bread slices on a large platter. Place pastrami over each bread slice, followed by cheese slices, and a few sliced pickle spear. Cover with remaining bread slices with a layer of mustard and top the sandwich.
  3. With a piece of foil, wrap each sandwich and bake for about 15-20 minutes. Serve immediately.
