Ingredients

      • 1/2 Cup Red Wine
      • 1/4 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
      • 1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
      • 1 Small Yellow Onion (Chopped)
      • 3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
      • 4 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
      • 1 Small Bunch Fresh Rosemary (Chopped Finely)
      • 2 Large Top Sirloin Steaks (1-Inch Thick, 4 Ounces Each)
      • 1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine red wine, olive oil, balsamic, onion, garlic, Worcestershire Sauce and rosemary. Season each steak liberally with salt and dunk in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Preheat the grill pan over high heat.
  3. Sear the steaks on each side for 5 minutes per side (for a perfect medium).
  4. Allow the steaks to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
