Arrange the dough balls onto prepared baking sheet about 2-3 inches apart. With your hands, flatten each ball slightly. With cooking spray, spray the dough balls lightly. Cover the dough balls loosely and place at a warm place for another 1-2 hours. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine egg yolk and 1 teaspoon water and beat well. Coat each dough ball with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, turing the cookie sheet at least once during baking. Remove from the oven and transfer the baking sheet onto a wire rack to cool completely.
