      • 1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter (Melted)
      • 3 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
      • 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
      • 1 Medium Lemon (Zested & Juiced)
      • 1/2 Teaspoons Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper
      • 2 Medium Zucchini (Sliced)
      • 1 Small Bunch Fresh Parsley Leaves (Chopped)


  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (350 degrees).
  2. In a small bowl, add butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, lemon juice, salt & pepper and whisk together. On a large sheet pan, arrange zucchini slices and brush with butter mixture on both sides
  3. Arrange zucchini in a single layer and grill until lightly charred and beginning to soften, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Garnish with parsley and serve.
