This easy pumpkin cheesecake recipe is a fusion between my two favorite fall desserts, pumpkin pie & cheesecake. The pumpkin marries with the savory flavors of the cream cheese, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. This is a great dessert to serve for any fall or holiday party.

      • 1 Pound Cream Cheese (Softened)
      • 1/2 Cup Granulated Suagr
      • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
      • 2 Large Eggs
      • 1 (9 Inch) Prepared Graham Cracker Crust
      • 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
      • 1/2 Ground Cinnamon
      • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cloves
      • 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
      • 1/2 Cup Whipped Cream


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth. Slowly add one egg at a time and continue to blend. Add pumpkin, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg to the mixture and stir gently until fully combined.
  3. Pour batter onto the prepared crust.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the center is almost set. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Place in the fridge for up to three hours to fully set. Top with whipped cream and serve.
