      • 1 Pound Smoked Bacon (Cut Into 1/4 Inch Thick Slices)
      • 1/4 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
      • 1/3 Cup Light Brown Sugar (Packed)


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cover the inside of a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, add bacon slices, pepper & brown sugar and toss well to coat. Arrange bacon on prepared sheet pan with even space between each slice. Sprinkle remaining seasoning over bacon, cover it with parchment paper, and top with another sheet pan.
  3. Bake on center oven rack until bacon is golden brown and crisp, about 20 minutes. If bacon has not crisped after 20 minutes, bake for 10-15 minutes more. Transfer bacon to a platter lined with paper towels to drain.
