Anchovy-Grilled Salmon Steaks Recipe

      • 4 Salmon Steaks
      • 6 Anchovy Fillets
      • 1 Dash Tabasco Sauce
      • To Taste Ground Black Pepper
      • 6 Tablespoons Butter
      • 2 Tablespoons Milk
      • Parsley Sprigs (For Garnishing)
      • Lemon Wedges (For Garnishing)


  1. Preheat the grill to high heat. Grease the grill grate.
  2. For Anchovy Butter: In a bowl, add milk and soak anchovy fillets for a few minutes.
  3. With a wooden spoon, mash until creamy. Add butter, Tabasco sauce and black pepper and mix until well combined. Refrigerate before using.
  4. Arrange salmon steaks onto the grill over even heat. Place ¼ of anchovy butter over steaks evenly. Grill for about 4 minutes. Flip salmon steaks and place another 1/4 of butter over steaks. Grill for about 4 minutes. Reduce the heat of gill and grill for about 3 minutes.
  5. Divide steaks onto serving plates and top each with remaining anchovy butter. Serve with the garnishing of parsley sprigs and lemon wedges.
