      • 1 1/2 Pounds Beef Steak (Thinly Sliced)
      • 1 Tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
      • 2 Tablespoons Shao Hsing Wine
      • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Stock
      • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
      • 2 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce
      • 1/4 Teaspoon Granulated Sugar
      • 1 Teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
      • 2 Medium White Onions (Chopped)
      • 1 Teaspoon Ginger (Grated )
      • 2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
      • 1/4 Cup Green Onions (Chopped)


  1. Lightly coat steak with flour and set aside.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine wine, broth, soy, oyster sauce, and sugar. In a wok, heat oil over medium heat and sauté onion for 4-5 minutes or until translucent. Remove onions from wok and set aside.
  3. In the wok, thoroughly cook the beef slices for a few minutes, and stir in the grilled onions, soy mixture, ginger, and garlic. Garnish with green onions and serve with steamed rice or fresh noodles.
