Ingredients

      • 1/3 Cup Canola Oil
      • 2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
      • 2 Teaspoons Sugar
      • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
      • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Mustard
      • 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
      • 1/4 Teaspoon Dried Tarragon
      • 1/4 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
      • 1/4 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
      • 1/8 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
      • 1 Dash Of Garlic Powder
      • 1 Pound Frozen Baby Lima Beans (Cooked & Drained)
      • 1/2 Cup Onions (Sliced)
      • 1/2 Cup Fresh Mushrooms (Sliced)
      • 2 Tablespoons Pimiento (Chopped)

Directions

  1. In a jar, add oil, vinegar, sugar, mustard, paprika, herbs, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Cover the jar with lid tightly and shake vigorously until well combined. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before using.
  2. In a large serving bowl, mix together lima beans, mushrooms, onion and pimientos. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat well. Refrigerate, covered for about 1 hour before servings.
