      • 1 Pint Vanilla Ice Cream
      • 4 Cups Old-Fashion Root Beer (Recipe Associated, Or Substitute Store-Bought)
      • 1 Cup Whipped Cream
      • 8 Large Maraschino Cherries


  1. Place 4 tall beer mugs in the freezer for 30 minutes to frost.
  2. In each mug, add one scoop of ice cream. Pour 1/2 cup of root beer over the ice cream and add another scoop of ice cream. Top of the glasses with root beer.
  3. Add a healthy dollop of whipped cream and 4 cherries on top of each float and serve with a straw and spoon.
