      • 1 Cup Light Corn Syrup
      • 1/3 Cup Cider Vinegar
      • 2 Tablespoons Sweet Pickled Ginger (Minced)
      • 2 Tablespoons Pickled Ginger Juice (Minced )
      • 2 Teaspoons Asian Chile-Garlic Paste
      • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
      • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger (Finely Minced)


  1. In a bowl, add all ingredients and beat till well combined. Keep aside for at least 30 minutes for flavors to marry. Refrigerate to chill before serving. Transfer into an airtight jar. This sauce can be preserved in refrigerator for about 2 weeks.
