      • 2 Pounds Chicken Wings
      • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
      • 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder


  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Meanwhile, line a cookie sheet with foil and top with greased cooking rack.
  2. Toss chicken wings with baking powder and salt. Arrange chicken wings on rack ensuring that they are not touching each other. Bake wings on the lowest rack for 30 minutes.
  3. After the initial bake turn the oven to 425 degrees, and bake for another 40 minutes.
  4. Serve tossed with sauce of your choice.
