Ingredients

      • 1 Pound Fresh Salmon Fillets (1/4 Pound Each)
      • 1/2 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger (Minced)
      • 2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
      • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
      • 1 Teaspoon Light Soy Sauce
      • 1/2 Teaspoon Toasted Sesame Oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil and coat lightly with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, garlic, ginger, soy sauce & sesame oil. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Arrange salmon on the prepared sheet tray and brush on a heavy coat of spice glaze. Bake until fish is heated through, about 25 minutes.
  4. Allow the fish to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
