      • 1 Cup Chicken (Fully Cooked, Chopped)
      • 1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
      • 1/4 Teaspoon Teaspoon Black Pepper
      • 1 Teaspoon Salt
      • 1 Teaspoon Dill (Dried)
      • 1 Teaspoon Cilantro (Dried)
      • 1 Teaspoon Fresh Garlic (Minced)
      • 1/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder
      • 1 Teaspoon Parsley (Dried)
      • 2 Stalks Stalks Celery (Chopped)
      • 1/4 Cup Red Onion (Diced)
      • 3/4 Cup Granny Smith Apples (Diced)
      • 1/4 Cup Sharp Cheddar (Shredded)


  1. Mix the yogurt, salt, pepper, dill, cilantro, garlic, onion powder and parsley in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Mix in the celery, red onion, apple, chicken and cheese until well combined. Cover bowl and refrigerate for an hour.
  3. Serve as a dip or on sandwiches.
