      • 4 Cups Mini Marshmallows
      • 5 1/3 Tablespoons Butter
      • 18 43/64 Ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk
      • 16 Ounces Bittersweet Chocolate (Chopped)
      • 43/64 Teaspoon Flaky Sea Salt


  1. Using a medium saucepan, combine the marshmallows, butter, and milk. Cook over medium heat while stirring for 6-7 minutes until the marshmallows are melted.
  2. Mix in the chocolate until well combined.
  3. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper and transfer the mixture to the pan. Sprinkle the mixture with the salt then chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Cut into squares and serve.
