      • 28 Ounces Whole Plum Tomatoes With Juice
      • 1 Small White Onion (Peeled & Chopped Roughly)
      • 2 Jalapeño Peppers (Seeded)
      • 3 Cloves Garlic
      • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Ground Cumin
      • 1 Teaspoon Salt
      • 1/2 Teaspoon Granulated Sugar
      • 1/4 Cup Cilantro
      • 3 Tablespoons Lime Juice


  1. In a food processor, add all ingredients and pulse until desired salsa consistency is achieved.
  2. Transfer salsa into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
