      • 1/4 Cup Bourbon
      • 3/4 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
      • 2 Tablespoons Apple-Cider Vinegar
      • 1 Tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup
      • 1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
      • 1/2 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
      • 1/2 Pound Bacon (Fried & Chopped)
      • 1 Cup Fresh Baby Spinach
      • 1/2 Cup Pecans
      • 1 Medium Granny Smith Apple (Cored & Diced)
      • 4 Large Radishes (Thinly Sliced)
      • 1/2 Cup Blue Cheese (Crumbled)
      • 1 Large English Cucumber (Thinly Sliced)


  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring bourbon to a boil. Cook until liquid is reduced to half, about 3 - 4 minutes. Pour into a small bowl, cover, and chill in refrigerator.
  2. In a small bowl, stir in the olive oil, vinegar, syrup, salt, pepper, and bourbon and whisk until combined. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, pecans, apple, radishes, sliced cucumber, blue cheese crumbles, and bacon. Drizzle vinaigrette over the salad and toss lightly before serving.
