      • 8 Boneless Chicken Thighs
      • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt & Freshly Ground Pepper
      • 1/4 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
      • 3 Large Garlic Cloves (Minced)
      • 1 Medium Onion (Chopped)
      • 1/2 Cup Dry White Wine
      • 1 Cup Chicken Stock
      • 1/4 Cup Sriracha Sauce
      • 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
      • 1/2 Cup Honey
      • 1 Large Head Of Brocolli (Cut Into Florets)
      • 1 Small Bunch Fresh Parsley (Chopped)


  1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over high heat until sizzling. Season the chicken with 1/2 teaspoon of salt & pepper and arrange in the skillet skin-side down. Sear the meat until outside is crisp and golden, about 5 minutes. In a large plate lined with paper towels, transfer the chicken to drain and set aside.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-high heat and add garlic, onion, 1/2 teaspoon of salt & pepper and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add wine to deglaze the skillet, while scraping the bottom of the pan with a wooden spoon. Add stock, sriracha, soy sauce and honey. Stir mixture well and arrange chicken on top (skin-side up). Top with broccoli.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. Garnish with parsley.
