      • 5 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
      • 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
      • 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Pepper Flakes
      • 6 Cups Green Beans (Trimmed)
      • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
      • 2 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
      • 1/4 Teaspoon Szechwan Pepper
      • 1/8 Cup Peanuts


  1. In a skillet, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic and chilli pepper flakes for about 30 seconds. Add green beans and cook for about 4-5 minutes or until just tender.
  2. Stir in peanuts and cook for about 1 minute. Stir in soy sauce, vinegar and Szechwan pepper and cook for about 1 last minute and serve.
